We prefer to start the process as early as possible, and we begin booking in the summer months. Planning and scheduling are done in early fall. Installation to follow depending on the client and availability to access location of install. We book up very quickly in December, so it's best to book early with us. Better yet, if your home, rental property, or commercial space is empty, we are happy to go in early and make things merry!

We customize our trees for our clients. We can do an installation for you and use some of your personal effects, but the real magic is in our bespoke, custom designs. There is a minimum cost for our services, even when using existing decor. Pricing is subject to the scope of the project, including the height of the tree, additional styling, and add-ons (such as garlands, fireplace styling, fresh holiday flowers, or greenery upon arrival, etc.).

Installs will happen the following dates (2025):

— Early to mid-November (week before Thanksgiving)
— December 1-23 [availability is limited!]

— No installations on December 24/25/26

For rush or special installations, times are subject to availability. Please book ahead!

A 50% deposit (on the estimated budget) is required for the design/installation fees.

Any product procurement will be billed at 100% of the purchase cost.

Fees will apply to late payments/ contracts.

Services and storage can be provided for additional fees and are NOT included in the install/design.

For other holiday installations, prices for these services are available upon request.

For rental properties and rental decor, we only install artificial trees and greens. This is largely due to many properties' restrictions and regulations.

We have a partner who can facilitate getting a real tree and/or recommend a few tree farms. However, we prefer to work with artificial trees to create long-lasting and beautiful products, and for their reusability.
